HI!
Since a few weeks i got infected with mail.ru malware because of a software I installed. I've already removed it (the software in question). But the mail.ru malware still appears on Chrome.
I've cleaned up, several times, the sync data, the extensions on Chrome.
I've even reinstalled Windows.
I've runned malwarebytes and adwcleaner... I've deleted the secure preferences files, and after a few hours, the problem comes back.

What can i do?

It is a problem with Chrome sync.

You can follow this link to reset your sync.

Account settings: Your browser is not supported.

After that, you need to uninstall chrome and install it again. Make sure to delete this folder after uninstall

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google
