Now Google has released Google Earth Pro for free to public and now anyone can use the Pro version without purchasing any license key.

The Google Earth Free I had was automatically upgraded into pro after an update. I didn't even enter email or anything. For a while I was scared if my laptop was infected by a malware.

As much as I am curious, I have the bare minimum of Google on my Windows OS and none on my Mint OS, so I won't be adding this cool toy.

I can see why. Google Earth's popularity has vanished over the years. There used to be a wow factor about it back in the day but once you have used it for a day, there's not much you want to do that you can't already do in Google Maps.
