Hi all it's great to be here and to see such dedication to helping people the way you all do!
I was here several months ago after getting hit with a crypto locker ransomware and found some extremely helpful advice and links to tools to use to get rid of it. Sorry one of the first things I want to say is THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
I'm not sure exactly which of your forums to post this in, but where do I find the answer to a question that's likely been asked way more than once. That question is; HOW / WHAT do I do to be as certain as possible that my Windows 7 system is 100% clean and free of ANYTHING that shouldn't be on it.... at least for the moment? Knowing of course that it could change 10 minutes later as soon as I go online, check email etc.
Also where do I find (also very likely already covered somewhere) you best recommendations for my specific system?
I run an online support desk so I'm online over 40 hours a week. I use gmail and other google tools like drive, keyword planner, alerts etc. I also work in the Zendesk support system and Infusionsoft every day. I am also an admin in our members only private Facebook group and I spend a lot of time both on Youtube and various blogs all around the web. I'm do not do online gaming with my pc at all.
Hopefully that helps some in knowing a bit about how and how much I use my PC.
Thanks again, grateful to be here and I look forward to your feedback and to learning much more on the topics you cover here!!
