Hacktool:win32/patcher!MSR AND Hacktool:win32/crack effected my pc

My PC is effected by those viruses malware bytes didn't detected those viruses those are detected by window defender antivirus I did offline scan too but they still are active .I have uploaded the FRST AND additional file too .so help me

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

I ran. The scan again with window defender antivirus it still has those viruses

If the files reported by Windows Defender are no longer in your Download folder they could be in Windows Defender Quarantine folder.
