Happy birthday threads

I have a request:
Before making a happy birthday thread, please click on the username to get to the profile page and check if the user's account is activated and if he/she visited us recently.
While threads like this don't break the rules they are somewhat useless if the user can't reply.

Well most members even the newly registered are been putted with birthdays so cannot guaranteed if the member that have birthday will reply. (except to the active member)
