Thanks. I tried and switched Windows Update to manual. So far, on the plus side, no longer looks so long updates and RAM consumption of svchost is much smaller.

I will install Windows 10 when it comes out of "beta" (probably when comes update RS1).

If you insist on having UAC off then at least replace it with VoodooShield free or paid, works better than the native UAC
and works well with Win7.
IMHO I prefer it to the buggy UAC microsoft offers.
