Im sorry, i cant do much right now with my system with all those ads by DNSunlocker, my system is extremely slow right now. Following all these steps for assistance is very inconvenient at this time. I ran Adwear, Malware Bytes, Hitman pro and finally Zemana but nothing seems to help, im still getting all of these ads....any tips?

It may be inconvenient, but it's necessary. Download the programs that TwinHeadedEagle recommends and put them on a USB stick via another computer if your internet is too unstable on your main PC. Again, this isn't the place to discuss this issue, so I recommend that you at least start a post in the Malware Removal Assistance and begin a conversation with TwinHeadedEagle and I'm sure he'll be able to work around your issues.
