Hi, I am a self employed small business owner learning about computer and computer software problems on the fly. I joined this forum because I saw an inquiry about Total Defense and wanted to inform the inquirer about my personal experience with the software and the company that promotes it. Interestingly, another small business owner in my same office complex had the same type of experience with the software as mine. My experiences with this company may have been the exception rather than the rule, I hope so. Being a small business owner, I do not have the luxury of an in-house IT department nor the financial resources to hire out every computer issue. I am hoping this forum will be a great learning resource.
