I recently transitioned from using Windows XP to lubuntu, so I understand how trying something new can be.
There are a few Linux experts here (that I know of..) so it's nice your presence adds one more to the fold!

Very happy to be here. But I wouldn't describe myself as a Linux expert. It's been a while since I've seriously used it. I tried OSX after the Linux years and I'm very rusty.
