Hello! new to this site.
I picked up a Trojan.
Rootkit.Fileless.MTGen - despite repeated attempts, I cannot clear it out of my system.

I have notice my system slowing down so I want to kill this cancer.

As I have just basic knowledge. any layman's guidance is much appreciated.
