help i got a virus i thinks its spyware or something

Sorry to bother but I have been going on Google chrome lately and this website pops up Here is a link : ifireads.com (don't visit u might get infected too) and it has infected most of my devices {pc,2 phones} so I tried blocking he website on my router and it works but still opens the tab to it ... Also when I am not on my WiFi it still pops up ... I've been stuck on this for days and I search Google about ifireads and it says nothing about it..
