Help please ive been hacked.

My phone has been acting up for a week or so. I read up and think I was have by my own husband. It's a lot to explain but that is the only reasonable answer. I factory reset my phone and when it came back on things started coming back on that shouldn't have. Here are some sites that I found digging thru his email.....
