Troubleshoot Help setting up Bios settings correctly

BIOS is not configured correctly
Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful
I won't mess with the settings
I am going to install Windows 10 1809 on my HP 290 G1. Many option in the BIOS are disabled by default. I have attached some pictures of the settings. Please recommend the best settings for best security and best performance. Thank you in advance.

Intel SGX must be disabled or OFF and enable VT-d.
