Message: <blockquote data-quote="flashinm" data-source="post: 82298" data-attributes="member: 3213"><p>Having trouble removing this virus.  I followed the instructions from previous threads with the exception of Hitmanpro 3.6 which I can't get to run.  I double click on the downloaded file, Windows asks if I want to allow it to make changes, I say yes, and then nothing happens.  I see the Hitman icon in the system tray, but if I try to mouse over it, it disappears.  I ran the rest of the programs anyway, but I'm still getting redirects.  Any instructions that don't involve Hitmanpro or any idea why it won't run?  I tried redownloading and restarting, but I still have the same issue.  I included the combofix log file.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks.</p></blockquote><p></p>
