Hi Everyone (from Western Australia)

Needless to say I found this site searching on line because my notebook seized up with a virus which wont even let me log on in safe mode, I've just got a black screen.

One of the last things that flashed before my eyes before the screen went blank was a message about the screen display having recovered from a malfunction, it went black, flickered and then came back on for a second to display the message then it went black again and stayed that way:s

Anyway, guess I'll get busy on the site now searching for similar threads in an effort to find a solution.
