I am not sure, but I have similar problems with latest ESET version. I suggest to remove it and check if everything works fine after.

and it lagged / frooze before i install'd it.. :/

I don't know why it happens, but your PC seems clean. Also, I do not understand your language, because some information I need are in Danish. I suggest you ask for help in other forum areas.
