Hello. So I registered because I saw that this forum has a section for malware removal help, and I was wondering if it includes android? (for obvious reasons)

As far as I am aware, the malware removal area is aimed towards Windows; you can still try making a thread and seeing if the malware removal experts can help you. If not, you can try using some scanners on Android, such as from vendors like: Avast; AVG; Sophos. They may be able to find the malicious software and clean them up for you.
