High security settings for avast! without impacting performance

Hello everyone here's the settings I use to be very secure BUT keeping performance impact to a minimum :)

I am unsure of what to set on the web shield main page, any opinions?

Uncheck > Scan traffic for well-known browser processes only :)
Set HIPS on 3 :)
 
Scan traffic for well-known browser processes only = You scan all traffic for threats (good protection VS TrojanDownloader and other stuff). <-- Very good VS signed Riskware (PUP stuff most of the time).

HIPS set on level 3 = it will message you if anything will auto-start and other HIPS rules
