How did you find out about MT?

I found out about MT as my daughter had a virus and she got it off by using this site,But in the meantime she came and used my computer and some how the virus came on here but adifferent one,It comes up with SYSTEM_LICENSE_VIOLATION. I have tried the methods it says on here.But it will not go past the windows logo sign.It just goes completely off screen,and have to go through the entire psrocess again only to have the same result.So I am at loggrer heads as to what to do now Please can you help me.
