Most likely a FP but to be safe I would submit the file to VirusTotal.

Some people use cracked versions of HP or HPA and these could contain malware.

Its a paid copy as I own Hitman Pro Alert as well..
Sophos themselves label it as a PUA:

I reported this as a false positive on Sophos website. Let's see if they will fix it

The optics on this is pretty bad, Sophos labelling their own product as a PUA. So if I really thought it was I might remove that software. How in the hell did this happen?

HMP Also think that explorer.exe is a virus. I scanned with some other scanners and they told me that mine explorer is fine. With the hope that HMP don't break my computer I clicked next. Then it is like explorer got ended everything is blank. Then I think it is back in a few seconds.

Cant replicated that result, no problem here, Hitman pro paid version, no problem with is exe file.
