You must run program with admin privileges (Vista and Win 7) and save changes in hosts file before closing. Please check someone if the program is working properly on 64-bit systems.

works good, you should add a button for reset to default for users that dont know how to and i dunno what happened but some how when using it i got an error and now my host file is gone?

Edit: i tried to make the file disappear again but i dunno what happened and in your open dialog the text field says OpenDialog1 and i think the error i got was because i wasnt using the program in admin saying no permission to save the file

You must click on the program using Right Mouse Button > Run as Administrator. If you do not have your host file please create it:

Windows 7:
Code:
#       127.0.0.1       localhost
#       ::1             localhost

Windows Vista:
Code:
127.0.0.1       localhost
::1             localhost

Windows XP:
Code:
127.0.0.1       localhost

It's no more developed because I lost the source code.

New link to download:

Code:
http://www45.zippyshare.com/v/68210339/file.html

This application is still working, but I don't update my own Hosts file so please use other.

After any changes in Hosts, you need to save by clicking File > Save.

File > Save As... is for creating backups. If you need to restore any backup, then just use File > Open. Then click File > Save.

If you want to edit your hosts file in Notepad and check if Hosts Manager saved it correctly, then press Windows + R, copy and paste this command:

Code:
Notepad c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
