How do I uninstall Pluto TV from Windows 10

I am not a "techy" by any stretch of the imagination. Neither is my husband. My husband recently installed Open Office on our 2-in-1 computer that is running Windows 10. Pluto TV and Slimcleaner Plus don't show up on control panels when I look for the programs to uninstall them. How do I uninstall them permanently from Windows 10? I appreciate any guidance you can give me.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

• Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
