How do I write a PM to a mod?

I have not restricted in my settings that, so You should start a pm easily with me...
You click on the user's avatar icon and choose Start Conversation.
Or
You click on the envelope icon on the top right of the screen and choose Sart a new conversation.
Or
You click on the envelope icon on the top right of the screen and choose Sart a new conversation.
