I think though, you have to have at least 20 posts to change your signature, not sure though.

As Littlebits said, just go to UCP (User Control Panel) then you will find edit signature at the right pane view.

Also that's the main rules here as some features couldn't used when post isn't reach in 20 posts.

There you go I was right, had to have 20 posts before you can have a signature.
