Often. I find DuckDuckGo search results are very good and accurate; they are just below Google in accuracy.

DuckDuckGo has improved so much over the last 5 years that I don't miss Google .

If its non-ad and non-sponsored then I will click on it, usually its the site or information I am looking for anyways.
