Recently I tried YAC - ISAFE as a cleaner for my MS Windows 7 home ed. 64 bit PC.
Then that app begin deleting precious history files of everything and trash bin also without my consent. After that I noticed that it also blocks some internet pages access, some actions from my antivirus soft and even blocks mouse over some places of the screen.
I finally decided to uninstall but the blockage persisted.
I use SpyHunter after that to clean registry from YAC - ISAFE, but nowadays it not detect nothing of YAC - ISAFE but I'm still suffering that blockage.
Could you help me?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,

They call me TwinHeadedEagle around here, and I'll be working with you.

Before we start please read and note the following:
  • At the top of your post, please click on the "Watch thread" button and make sure to check Watch this thread...and receive email notifications. This will send an email to you as soon as I reply to your topic, allowing me to solve your problem faster.
  • Please do not install any new software during the cleaning process other than the tools I provide for you. This can hinder the cleaning process. Please do not perform System Restore or any other restore.
  • Instructions I give to you are very simple and made for complete beginner to follow. That's why you need to read through my instructions carefully and completely before executing them.
  • Please do not run any tools other than the ones I ask you to, when I ask you to. Some of these tools can be very dangerous if used improperly. Also, if you use a tool that I have not requested you use, it can cause false positives, thereby delaying the complete cleaning of your machine.
  • All tools we use here are completely clean and do not contain any malware. If your antivirus detects them as malicious, please disable your antivirus and then continue.
  • If during the process you run across anything that is not in my instructions, please stop and ask. If any tool is running too much time (few hours), please stop and inform me.
  • I visit forum several times at day, making sure to respond to everyone's topic as fast as possible. But bear in mind that I have private life like everyone and I cannot be here 24/7. So please be patient with me. Also, some infections require less, and some more time to be removed completely, so bear this in mind and be patient.
  • Please stay with me until the end of all steps and procedures and I declare your system clean. Just because there is a lack of symptoms does not indicate a clean machine. If you solved your problem yourself, set aside two minutes to let me know.
  • Please attach all report using
    fjqb1h.png
button below. Doing this, you make it easier for me to analyze and fix your problem.

  • Do not ask for help for your business PC. Companies are making revenue via computers, so it is good thing to pay someone to repair it.
  • If I don't hear from you within 3 days from this initial or any subsequent post, then this thread will be closed.

Thank you for your thorough help.

There still are an intervention to message dialogs of antivirus sometimes just after boot, sometimes after some use. Generally after that pop up dialog capture, mouse cursor can point everywhere but can't choose, click or drag anything in central area of screen causing I can't edit or choose in pages or launch apps from icons.
Also when I try to launch GOM Player always appears the blocking from YAC - ISAFE despite being uninstalled, and it causes sometimes infinitely pop up dialog capture of the same screens (I've doing it right now). I attached one for you to judge.

Translation,
Right bottom window:
File Download

Type: Firefox HTML Document 1.82 KB
From: info.gomplayer.com

Buttons: Open, Open folder, Cancel (only enabled button)

Though files from internet could be useful, some of them could harm your equipment. If you do not trust file origin,
don't open nor save this file [Link ->] What is the risk? (This link opens a help form MS Windows -> Internet file downloading: FAQ)

Left up window:

eng.htm from info.gomplayer.com

[ ] Close after finishing downloading

Buttons: Open, Open folder, Cancel (only enabled button)

That annoying intervention was what indicate me to uninstall YAC -ISAFE because it intervened everything, but after uninstall, it is still doing the same.

This is the link of the icon I found in the captured dialog, but there is no information about who use it in their programs:

I am not seeing signs of it in the reports. It is difficult for me to understand how this problem occurs. You'll have to give me more details.

Ok, I don't know right now how to give you more details but I will try to describe it in next messages.
I see that it is difficult to detect, that's why I need extraordinary help beyond my common antivirus and antimalware software.
Thank you for your help for what you have done for me.

TwinHeadedEagle, I'm posting the capture of antivirus message blocking that occurs often after booting.

I also ask you if you know how can I recover navigation and download history that disappeared after Mozilla update cause by the proceeding I follow to detect malware YAC/ISAFE.

Thank you.

This happens normally after boot in the launch of the antivirus, antivirus never stops but some pop up windows from it are captured as I show you in the last message, and sometimes when surfing or launching GOM video player, as I also show you in a previous message.

I have no other antivirus protecting my computer. Do you suggest that I uninstall Avira and then try to use it without protection to discover if that YAC/ISAFE is still functioning as usual? By the way, Malwarebytes Anti-malware just finished try period.

I'm surfing now without antivirus and only enter gmail, yahoo and this site.
Please suggest me an antivirus or what to do now.
Thank you.
