Waiting for reply How to exclude blocked page in Trustport Internet Security?

A website is blocked by Trustport but its a clean site,how should I open it and exclude this page from blocking by Trustport in future.

Im not exactly sure but I think you go to Adavanced Configuration > Firewall > Advanced and from there add the url in the allowed websites

For files,folders,ect. to go Advanced Configuration > Antivirus > Advanced then you can exclude files
