That script is basically the instructions presented on Microsoft's website to reset the Windows Update components.

Compare the script's content to the instructions given in the article, and you'll see that they're the same.

Problems in Windows updates are so unpredictable actually and for sure everything may link on installing 3rd party software or hardware.

That causes numerous problems like loop loading.
