Google One Storage manager is good. It will tell you which things are actually counting against your 15 Gb. I kept getting warnings that I was close to my storage limit, but Google One Storage manager revealed to me the truth, that my Google Pics collection was not counting against my storage limit. So the warnings were essentially bogus.
