1. Register a new account Skype, with e-mail of the victim. There is a warning that this account is already registered - but you can do this anyway.
2. Login to Skype using new account.
3. Request a password change - https://login.skype.com/account/password-reset-request
4. Link to reset password will be sent not only to e-mail of the victim, but also to new Skype account.
