how to remove SaalePlus, SalePlUs, and Yellow AdBlocker

came home to find someone had downloaded these lovely extensions onto chrome

tried to remove using spybot, malwarebytes and microsoft security essentials but no luck

what program(s) should i dl and run to remove these extensions?
i have added logs to assist

any help would be greatly appreciated
and any advice as to how to avoid the repeat in the future also
