Troubleshoot HP Stream 11 hanging

Briefly explain your current issue(s)

The PC is sat there with nothing on the screen and power button on. Can't turn it off.

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

Tried keeping the power button pressed down for a minute to no avail. It doesn't have a removable battery, and there's no hard reset using the paper-clip.

Anybody got any ideas? I only bought it at Xmas as the wife's present. I have an image so all I need is for it to work.

Panic over. I left it sitting there with the lid up and after about 20 hours the battery died. Plugged in and it started normally.
