i cant remove help bar malware

its seems that my browser always keep changing is default setting and the "help Bar " always comes in home page.
im allways changing it back to google but when i do that its closing my browser and it seems to be trying to add extant-ion to my browser
i scan the computer with anti malware but no succeses

what to do ?
