I am trying to help my father (again!) with a computer program. I am not sure how he got it, but
this virus on his computer shows the error window (attached to this email) right after he signs into Windows. The only option is to close the window then the computer shuts down.
Has anyone heard of this one or have any suggestions on how we can fix it?
