I need help with fixlist.txt

Hi, i need help to solve a problem (virus or another thing) but i need a fixlist.txt for that. I have these texts.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

Thank you very much! I uninstalled "Outbyte PC repair" and followed the rest of your steps and looks like the problem is solved. It was a "microsoft windows script host" asking for administration permission a several times. Of all forms, i send you the Fixlog.txt.
