Troubleshoot IE Download Problems

Briefly explain your current issue(s)

IE View and Track Downloads page- cannot Run or Save file (buttons not functioning)

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

Reboot computer

Rebooting the computer temporarily gets rid of the issue, but eventually it comes back.

Try sfc/scannow cmd it might help.
