My OS Win 8. What can I do... Please help.

Try running I.E. "no extensions" and resetting it.

Right click I.E. "run as administrator" click "tools/internet options/advanced" then click "reset internet explorer settings", see if this helps.

What is the way to reinstall IE in Windows 8 pro?

You can not uninstall Internet Explorer in windows 8. Here is the list of options you have.

1. Try the method i mentioned above of resetting I.E.
2. Run a sfc /scannow and try to correct the problem.
3. Refresh/reset windows 8

If none of these appeal, you can always disable it via windows features and use another browser.

Go to the control panel and go to updates and unninstal IE10.
Reboot and the last version of IE9 came on the top.
You will work with IE9.

OP is on windows 8, it came with internet explorer 10 preinstalled, not as an update.
