To be honest, between Immunet and Kingsoft its sort of a tie, depending on what you are looking for in companions.

If you look at the latest Kingsoft build, nothing really changed.

If you decide to switch to the Avira engine version, it will not be as light as you think in terms of being a companion.

I had it installed for about 2 days after reading some positive things others had said about it, then removed it (as of about 2-3 weeks ago). I found it to be fairly poor.
