Why manual updates ?
You could add an additional on demand scanner such as Zemana Antimalware.
Consider replacing AdBlock with u Block Origin.
Consider some type of data & system backup solution.
Thanks for sharing your config :)

sec. config.
Hey, thanks for sharing your security config :)
It would be nice to have Zemana and Emsisoft Emergency Kit as on-demand scanner apart from what you currently have :)
For browser extensions, it would be great if you could add HTTPS Everywhere and Privacy Badger. Both products are developed by Electronic Frontier Foundation. They are available for Firefox, Chrome, and Opera for PC and HTTPS Everywhere is available for Firefox on Android as well.
It's also important to have strong and different passwords for different websites. You might consider open source password managers like Keepass or KeePassX or PasswordSafe. :)
Also have a backup solution. Either manual or a software. :)

Good configuration.

It seems you have a lot of N/A or nothing on the setup; better implement it instead. :)

You may add a complementary cleaning tool like Kerish Doctor or Glary utilities.

or why not add CCEnhancer instead to extend the cleaning functionality of CCleaner.

Solid and good configuration, I only suggest that you install a backup solution (As is macrium, Cobian or ashampoo I leave it to your choice). Thanks for sharing your config. ;) :)
