@neon yes i have the media creation tool to install Windows 10 on many machines with no problems if doing a clean install.

Was the installation interrupted at any point? Try performing a repair of the OS. Settings > Update and Security > Recovery > Reset this PC. - Backup any important data.

No, make sure Windows 10 is fully updated, configured and a system image had been created before installing 3rd party security. Questions regarding security-config can be posted in your Security Config thread.
