Internet tends to crash after about 5-10 minutes. Only way to get internet working again is to restart computer. However, after internet crash, computer will not properly shut down and the only way to shut it down is to hold the power button.

I have system restored to date one week before symptoms started. I have also run multiple scans (MalwareBytes, AVG, SuperAntiSpyware, Spybot search and destroy)
