Microsoft: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40722]Toolkit to Disable Automatic Delivery of Internet Explorer 11

The Internet Explorer 11 Blocker Toolkit enables users to disable automatic delivery of Internet Explorer 11 as an important class update via Automatic Updates (AU) feature of Windows Update (WU).

Note:

The Blocker Toolkit will not prevent users from manually installing Internet Explorer 11 from the Microsoft Download Center, or from external media.

[...] You will still need to use the Internet Explorer 11 version of the Blocker Toolkit to block Internet Explorer 10 from being installed. There are different registry keys used to block or unblock automatic delivery of Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, Internet Explorer 10 and Internet Explorer 11.

Do you have the link? And why would you block delivery of Internet Exploxer 11 when installing 8.1. Just wanting to know reasons?

I'm not sure what you're trying to ask, but I've posted this for those who use Windows 7.
