A PUP classification indicates that an app is not malicious, just something that isn't needed, even though some people may find the app to be useful. Most cleaning apps and driver updaters get classified as PUPs.Iobit and Driver Booster are PUPs.
the uninstaller is fine, the driver booster creates more problems... just use OEM tools if you worried about auto-updates...There Uninstaller is good, also driver booster ,
It can do, as the driver matching is not best. But this is true for most third party driver updaters.the driver booster creates more problems... just use OEM tools if you worried about auto-updates...
so don't use them, update manually or download OEM tools, Intel support assistant etc...It can do, as the driver matching is not best. But this is true for most third party driver updaters.
I've used pretty much every driver updater there is and the following do a very good job of finding the correct drivers.so don't use them, update manually or download OEM tools, Intel support assistant etc...
I haven´t found any PUPs on it. Only the iobit Advanced System Care have PUPs incl...said Malwarebytes (?)Iobit and Driver Booster are PUPs.
A Potentially Unwanted Software/PUP detection, means that the app itself has been classified as a PUP by the particular scanner that detects it. Currently the latest version of Driver Booster is classified as a PUP by three antiviruses, while Advanced SystemCare is only classified as a PUP my Malwarebytes.I haven´t found any PUPs on it. Only the iobit Advanced System Care have PUPs incl...said Malwarebytes (?)
