That's nice. There are people that have been asking for this
 
This new version is becoming the next Advanced SystemCare. The Cleanup (shortcut, cache cleaner) and File Shredder tools are not really required for an Uninstaller, unless IObit is shredding the files by default. And invalid shortcuts should be removed during the uninstaller scanner.

I have seen cases, it didn't. Like updating GeoGebra (an educational tool) didn't remove the shortcuts when upgrading for example.
