In what operation are you doing to encounter this error? Did you try other themes to see if error is persist? You may refresh all your browsing history, cache and others then check.

i usually remove all my browser files like history . i'm getting this problem if i'm hovering my mouse to unread msg or alerts if i'm liking any post or posting at first try it will show error then it will work again

Did you check the Javascript Console? I noticed you use a JS Pop-up blocker, can you browse will all extensions disabled?
