Depends what you mean by bad honestly and what happened. Most companies support is insufficient after it moves from being a basic issue.Little update about Tutio ...The tech support is really bad. I asked for a refund and also informed Fastspring webshop (who fast and helpfull responded) about the situation. Maybe i have bad luck, but my experience with Bravatek are not great so far...
