Is it safe to use Windows Firewall Control (WFC)? Can you recommend a better alternative?

I love MS Firewall, but creating rules by hand is so annoying. At least <a href="https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/live_tcp_udp_watch.html" target="_blank">TCP UDP Watch</a> makes it possible.</p></blockquote><p></p>
