Hello dragonx1983,
Yes. As exterminator20 states, it is called Surf Protection.
Just some general details:
Surf Protection uses a black-list of reported malicious and phishing URLs. URLs that are known to invade your privacy are included. The list is updated along with signature updates. Default settings is every hour.
You can import an URL black-list - such as EasyList.
You can add (block) a single URL.
However, currently you cannot remove a URL from the Emsisoft black-list; but you can modify the rule for a specific URL if you so choose.
The settings for Surf Protection alerts are "Block and Notify," "Block Silently" and "Alert."
If you select "Alert," then EIS will generate large detail alerts.
In detail alerts the options are "Allow Once," "Block Once," "Allow Always" and "Block Always."
Obviously "Allow Once" and "Block Once" create no permanent rules for the URL.
"Allow Always" and "Block Always" create permanent rules.
If you select "Block and Notify" alerts, a small pop-up will appear in the lower right corner of the desktop; you can access the rule set from within the pop-up by clicking "Settings."
