Is this site malicious or phishing site?

Does not look legit, but scans are not showing anything other then it is a newly made website, more then likely a FP by BD..

Twitter blocked in here..It looks like fake twitter.. people want to acces twitter on this site this is why I suspected this url..

Because it is so new, scans may not be detecting just yet, personally i WOULD NOT use this to sign into my Twitter..

Definitely a Phishing site. It imitates the look and feel of the Twitter Login page and attempts the user to log in using their credentials. Could be an old site as well:

I reported the site for abuse to WHOIS privacy service which the domain uses to hide its identity.

It is always best to report these fake sites to their hosting service and have them taken down.
Most hosting services do not support illegal activities and will take down sites from fear of having legal actions taken against them.

It takes too long for AV vendors to add these sites to their databases.

I reported it yesterday to Phistank but no reply from them.
Only GData and Comodo turns back and added..
