Issues with the Internet connection and laptop

Hi there, maybe a month back, the Internet connection slowed down significantly, as well as the laptop, and all the browsers kept crashing (Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer). After I closed some of the printer sharing services and also when I close the taskeng, exe process in the Task manager, it works, but I have to watch the Task manager all the time:). Moreover my Ipad is not connecting to the wifi (it says that it's connected, and the wifi icon is showing, but when I try to open a website it says that the server cannot be found). My phone connects to the wifi just fine. Also I cannot reach the router configuration, I used it before, it was set to the default username and password, now it says that I have no authorization (the router reset didn't help). Would you be so kind and suggest any solutions? I attached the two text files from the Farbar Recovery Scan tool as requested. Thank you very much in advance:).

Scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop.
  • Install the progam.
  • Click the Scan tab, choose Threat Scan is checked and click Start Scan.
  • If threats are detected, click the Quarantine Selected button. You will now be prompted to reboot. Click Yes.
  • Upon completion of the scan (or after the reboot), click the Reports tab.
  • Double-click the Scan Log.
  • At the bottom click Export and choose Text file.
Save the file to your desktop and include its content in your next reply.

Hi, I would say the same, I installed a new antivirus, but doesn't seem to be helping much, so I decided to contact the ISP and let them check the modem and why is it not possible to access the router settings. If you have any other suggestions, they are always welcome:). Thank you for your help so far.

I don't see malware in your logs, that's something I can help with. Regarding your internet, I think it is the best thing to try to solve it with your ISP.
